Gritty Ciné Vérité, handheld tracking shot, 35mm natural grain, soft tropical daylight, real documentary energy, subtle camera shake and breathing, Maldives luxury island resort, turquoise water and white sand everywhere.

shot locked on a beautiful young woman with sun-kissed skin, long flowing dark hair, wearing a minimal black high-cut swimsuit and light sandals, riding a simple white beach bicycle at casual pace. She pedals naturally, relaxed posture, soft smile, hair and swimsuit fabric moving with the wind and motion.

TIMELINE

0-2s: [Wide tracking] She rides out from a wooden villa path. A staff member in white uniform waves as he passes with a tray of drinks. Two tourists in colourful wraps walk past laughing.

2-4s: Path opens to a lagoon boardwalk. A giant tortoise slowly crosses right in front of her front wheel; she slows, steers around it smoothly. Parrot flies low across frame squawking.

4-6s: [Dynamic tracking] She accelerates past a small open restaurant. Waiters carry plates, a couple of guests turn and smile at her. In the water to the left a manta ray leaps high, splashing hard.

6-8s: She rides onto a sandy path between palms. Two more giant tortoises amble across. A whale breaches far in the lagoon, sending a tall spray of water into the air.

8-10s: [Tracking] She passes a group of tourists taking selfies; one points excitedly at the water. Another manta ray jumps closer, almost parallel to her. Staff member on a golf cart slows to let her pass.

10-12s: [Side tracking] Path curves along the water’s edge. A large whale surfaces and rolls, fin cutting the surface. Bright green and red parrots land on a nearby railing then take off again.

12-14s: [Tracking] She rides through a shaded garden area. A family of tourists steps aside smiling. Another giant tortoise is right on the path; she carefully steers around it while a third manta ray jumps in the background.

14-16s: Open beach path. Two staff members on bicycles pass going the opposite direction, nodding. A whale dives, tail fluke rising high. Parrots fly in a small flock over her head.

16-18s: [Continuous tracking] She continues along the shoreline. More tourists walk past with snorkel gear. Final manta ray jumps dramatically close to the path. She keeps pedalling, wind in her hair, natural and effortless.

Photorealistic, heavy natural film grain, sharp skin and fabric detail, realistic water physics and animal movement, coherent continuous motion, stable character identity, true cinéma vérité documentary look
