SCENE CONTEXT
An old wooden Japanese school corridor during festival-prep week. Yuki stands on a low wooden stepladder, tying paper crane streamers along an overhead beam. Three upperclassmen — led by Ren — approach from the corridor's far end and shove the ladder to startle her.

ACTIVE REFERENCES
@yuki: 17-year-old Japanese high school girl, black hair to shoulder blades, navy seifuku uniform, red neck tie, calm composed expression. 100% matches the reference.
@ren: 18-year-old Japanese upperclassman, short messy black hair, loosened uniform blazer, smug expression. 100% matches the reference. Two additional upperclassmen share his uniform and build, faces unremarkable and non-distinct.

LOCATION MAP
Foreground: worn wooden floorboards, paper crane streamers hanging overhead. Midground: Yuki on the stepladder, corridor stretching back toward sliding shoji-style windows. Background: soft-focus students passing at the far end of the hall. Warm light spills in from the windows on camera-left; camera holds on the shadow side.

FIRST FRAME / BLOCKING
Yuki stands mid-step on the ladder, one hand raised tying a streamer, weight balanced, facing the beam — not the camera. Ren and the two upperclassmen enter frame from the right background, walking casually.

FORMAT MODE
Timed multishot. Hard cuts only at the stated seconds; the camera does not cut on its own between them.

OPTICS
0:00–0:04 — 63° wide observational FOV. 0:04–0:09 — 47° neutral FOV, tightening to 29° on close reactions. 0:09–0:15 — 47° neutral FOV. No drift mid-segment.

CAMERA
0:00–0:02: Static low 63° wide shot from floor height, holding Yuki on the ladder mid-corridor.
0:02–0:04: Sharp handheld push-in as the ladder tips, camera drops slightly with her fall.
0:04–0:06: Rapid tracking shot alongside her cartwheel, whip-pan into a 29° close-up on her face as she lands.
0:06–0:09: 360-degree combat orbit around the group as she trades blows with two attackers.
0:09–0:12: Static 47° medium shot, holding the throw and final takedown.
0:12–0:15: Slow 47° push-in on Yuki's face as she finishes tying the streamer.

ACTION
0:00–0:02 — Yuki calmly loops a paper crane streamer around a nail on the beam, humming lightly, unaware of the group approaching.
0:02–0:04 — Ren kicks the base of the stepladder. It skids and tips sideways under real weight and momentum. Yuki loses footing but stays composed — she pushes off the falling ladder into a controlled aerial cartwheel, hair trailing with the rotation, and lands the rotation directly into a spinning back kick that catches the nearest attacker in the shoulder, pushing him back two steps. Slow-motion only through the cartwheel and kick transition, then snap to real-time on impact.
0:04–0:06 — She lands lightly, weight absorbed through bent knees. A second attacker lunges; Yuki sidesteps by centimeters, pivots, and drives a palm-block into his forearm, redirecting his momentum past her.
0:06–0:09 — Ren and the remaining attacker close in from both sides. Yuki ducks one swing, catches the other attacker's arm, and executes a hip throw that drops him to the floorboards with a controlled, realistic fall. She rotates to block Ren's incoming punch with a forearm cross-block.
0:09–0:12 — Yuki catches Ren's wrist mid-swing, steps into him, and uses his own momentum to sweep his leg out, dropping him to sit hard on the floor, winded but unharmed. All three attackers are down, sitting or kneeling, defeated without gore.
0:12–0:15 — Yuki exhales, straightens her uniform collar, and picks the fallen streamer up off the floor. She climbs back onto the ladder and resumes tying it to the beam as if nothing happened, glancing once over her shoulder at Ren with a small knowing smile. She says: "Do try to help next time, senpai."

PERFORMANCE
Yuki's expression stays unhurried throughout — no panic, no strain, breath steady even mid-fight. Micro-details: a small controlled inhale before the cartwheel, a relaxed jaw during the throw, genuine amusement (not mockery) in the closing smile.

PHYSICS
Full gravity and inertia: the ladder skids and tips before she leaves it, her landings absorb through the knees, thrown attackers hit the floor with real contact weight and a puff of dust from the boards. No floating, no weightless movement.

LIGHTING
Warm natural window light from camera-left at a low afternoon angle, soft haze in the corridor air. Camera stays on the shadow side throughout for contrast. White balance 4500K.

COLOR GRADE
Warm wood tones and cream uniform whites as the dominant palette, deep navy from the uniforms as the secondary, and the red of Yuki's neck tie as the only accent color. No cool or saturated artificial lighting anywhere in the scene — grade stays warm and naturalistic.

WARDROBE
Yuki's seifuku and Ren's blazer stay clean, no tears or damage — this is a schoolyard scuffle, not a brawl. Fabric moves naturally with each motion.

AUDIO
Footsteps on wood, fabric rustle, controlled impact thuds, one soft laugh from Yuki before her line. No music.

STYLE
Ultra-photorealistic live-action, naturalistic Japanese school setting, realistic hair and fabric physics, natural skin texture, physically accurate contact shadows, subtle motion blur on fast moves, 8K detail, shallow depth of field.

OUTPUT SETTINGS
16:9. Real-time throughout except the controlled slow-motion window specified in the 0:02–0:04 beat, which snaps back to real-time on impact.

POSITIVE LOCKS
@yuki keeps the same face, hairstyle, uniform, and tie throughout. @ren and the two other upperclassmen keep consistent uniforms and builds across every cut. The stepladder remains a stepladder — no prop transformation. No teleportation between beats; every position change follows visible, continuous motion. No blood, no visible injury, no exaggerated magic effects.
