Cinematic sci-fi horror-action short film set in a research laboratory, opens with an immediate strong hook, natural realistic pacing, grounded practical-effects style. Lab filled with steel equipment, glass containment tubes, monitors, specimen tables, harsh fluorescent lighting. Five scientists in lab coats work at various stations. Natural handheld camera work, muted authentic color grading, all sound fully natural and diegetic — no music, no artificial sound design until the tension score kicks in.

>
> **[27-29s]** They reach the heavy lab door, the lead scientist sealing it shut behind them with a hard mechanical clang.
>
> **[29-30s]** Final shot: the three survivors lean against the sealed door, breathing hard, alarm lights flashing red across their exhausted faces. Cut to black.
>
> Natural diegetic sound throughout — glass shattering, guttural convulsions, screaming, metal impacts, alarm klaxon, heavy breathing — layered with a tense instrumental score building through the fight and easing at the end. No text overlay, no watermark. Natural handheld camera with realistic shake during action, muted clinical color grading.
